In order to achieve the aforementioned goals, COVERBOARD S.A. is committed to the implementation, operation, control and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System, through approved Procedures-Policies and Work Instructions.
COVERBOARD S.A. has assigned specific roles and responsibilities to the executives who man the Management. The Management staff is informed and trained regularly regarding the requirements and is educated on the necessary know-how, towards the achievement of the objectives.
Anything that might pose a threat towards the quality performance of the products and services is identified, evaluated, dealt with and managed, through an appropriate methodology, while they are reviewed on an annual basis.
The performance of the Management System is checked through Internal Inspections and their results are evaluated during the annual Review of the Quality Management System. Deviations from policies-procedures and/or objectives are addressed with corrective actions.
The current Quality Policy is reviewed on an annual basis, in terms of suitability and applicability.
